BINKLEY FALL ART EXHIBIT 2009
SIGN-UP SHEET

It’s time to get your art ready for the annual Binkley Art Exhibit! Works by members and friends of the church will be shown from September 12 to mid-November (closing date to be determined later.)
The exhibit will include work that hangs on a wall such as paintings, photos, weavings, and stitchery. All work to be hung must be framed and ready to hang (eye hooks in frames, but no wire needed). The exhibit can also accommodate movable work such as pottery and jewelry that can be displayed in small cases. We can accept up to five pieces per contributor. Work may be for sale or for display only, at the discretion of the artist.

The exhibit will include a section for children’s art, with the same conditions as above (work ready to hang or be displayed in cases, limit of five items). Parents should exercise judgment about the best work of their children.

The Fine Arts Committee will receive your work in the Fellowship Hall on Saturday, September 12, between 10 a.m. and noon. A $5 entrance fee per contributor or family, payable on the 12th, will help cover the costs of the exhibit. See the Binkley website for address and other details. If you have work for inclusion in the 2009 exhibit, please let us know by completing the section below and returning it to the Fine Arts box in the church office, putting it in the offering plate, or mailing it to the church. If you have friends who can contribute, take them a sign-up sheet or let them know about its
availability on the Binkley website.
