 hwarz in the Fellowship Hall.\n\nYoga is the ancient Indian discipline of 
 calming and focusing the mind. In this four-week series\, participants wil
 l learn a sequence of body movements that can be taken home as the basis o
 f a personal practice. No prior experience is necessary.\n \n\nIn these c
 lasses\, the breath guides gentle\, repeated body movements\, followed by 
 a brief rest and breath-work. There will be a combination of standing\, 
 kneeling\, lying on the belly\, lying on the back\, bending forward\, and 
 gentle twisting. We will avoid strenuous postures like hand balances and c
 lassical inversions\, and chair-based modifications may be offered as need
 ed.\n\n\nThings to bring: A yoga mat or towel\, and clothes you van move 
 comfortably in. You may also bring a blanket to cushion the joints\, and f
 or final rest.\n\n\n\n\nAbout the instructor: Ros is a certified advanced 
 yoga instructor (RYT500) with 14 years of teaching experience. She recentl
 y completed a Master of Divinity degree\, during which she co-taught Yoga 
 101 courses at two seminaries\, and developed a syllabus for teaching yoga
  to people of faith. She was raised in the Binkley community\, attending c
 hurch with her mother and grandparents\, Priscilla\, Robert\, and June Bra
 tcher.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
